Chicken Kebab -Lazy Person’s Recipe


Did you ask what is so great about this recipe? The answer is in the title. It is the easiest, fastest and delicious recipe you can make. Imagine that you came back from work at 6:30 pm…naturally tired and eyeing the TV remote for some Netflix time. But wait… what will it be for dinner? Is it time for Mr.Takeout or getting your hands dirty in the kitchen. Like literally dirty. This can be your patties for your sandwich or side protein for you bowl (do not forget the veggies). Chicken Pepper Chapli Kebab (Chicken Patties)

I do miss the Kebabs from India a lot. Although I did discover some places here in New York which nearly replicate the taste. But I don't really want order such heavy, oily dish often. And after coming from work, cooking the same chicken curry or baked chicken did get boring after a while. This is the easiest kebab recipe I have ever made. It is super delicious and the recipe is definitely for lazy folks out there. Just mix, freeze and shallow fry. I hope you enjoy this recipe. Let me know what you think. Comment below 🙂

  • 400 grams Ground Chicken
  • 1/4 cup Tricolor Bell Peppers chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Gluten Free Flour or Almond Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Pomegranate Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves Chopped


  • Mix all the ingredients together
  • Flatten the surface with a fork. Cover and Let it set in the refrigerator for 30 mins
  • Make them into balls and shape like a kebab. Actually any shape you prefer
  • Heat up the pan with ghee/avocado oil/ coconut oil. Shallow fry for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
